★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the service lacking. I had merely gone to purchase some cans of food. Nobody greeted me nor advised me of wait time. There was one front receptionist who was assisting someone however there was ample time to triage and state shouldn't be long. I ended up leaving and going to my usual vet for the food. Place appeared well layed out I wouldn't go back unless i was desperate. Definitely a bad first impression and likely last for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dyson is amazing with your pets I’ve been bringing my dogs and cats to her for the last six years. She’s very personable remembers you and your pets and takes lots of love and care to look after your animals. However the pitfalls of this clinic are the reception staff and the vet assistance. They are absolutely horrific and the miss management in this clinic is beyond repair. There is constant turnover and lack of information in my pets file. For simple information including my address being incorrect they can’t even correct it properly. I called recently to verify my pets rabies vaccine and they can’t verify that my dog has had her rabies vaccine yet I have a tag for her rabies vaccine. I find the professionalism of the receptionist especially Deborah is extremely poor for somebody who answers the phones and deals with the public on a daily basis. If it wasn’t for Dr. Dyson I would be going to another clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dyson and the staff are just the sweetest. I just brought my second cat in for a spay, they treated her so kindly and her surgery went smoothly. I even had a phone call this morning to check in to see how my cat was doing.
8 years ago I had just Googled 'vets near me' to get my previous cat spayed, and came here. When I had to put her down last year, I received a hand-written card from all of the staff at Belmont Vet sending their condolences. When it came time to choose a vet for my cat recently, I wouldn't have gone anywhere else - and when I first walked through the door, Dr. Dyson remembered me, and my previous cat, even though we hadn't visited in years.
This place is fantastic. The staff are fully dedicated to what they do here and your pets get the best care. Thank you guys!
