Bruno Tombari welcomed us with a smile, took time to understand what we were looking for and showed us a few models that met our needs. He was very upfront and honest throughout the meeting, and we never felt pressured to have to buy now or something we did not want. We found the price to be very competitive, and once we made our decision to buy, the process was easy, and we were made to feel that our business was important. Extras and warranty were explained in details and we were able to conclude the purchase without having to make another trip. We highly recommend Bella Vista RV and Bruno.

I'm looking for single glazed windows and closed underbelly, something 4 season, go on a 4-Hour round trip to look at something with single glazed windows. I could not have been more specific about what I was looking for and they send me to look at something that I'm not looking for. Completely wasted my one day off I have a month I could not be more upset, either this is incompetence or they were just trying to drag me all the way down there thinking they would end up making a sale anyway. Regardless I do not want what they were trying to give me and it did not meet the criteria that I had given them.

However their service and demeanour is what sold us. Once we decided Annette was great to deal with answering and explaining the hitch options to us. Never once pressured us. Had a second walk around a couple.weeks later and they had pulled it inside so we could take our time. When we went to pick it up, Chris was amazing at explaining all of the items we need. We are so happy to be part of the Bella Vista family.
