Ticks are out like crazy so be warned. Muddy spots but beautiful trails.

A rugged experience! First time going. Trails made by the people and wildlife that use them! Lots to look at. Amazing views of the valley!!

Great snowshoe trekking trail with some good variety; steeper hills, flat prairie, open views of valley, aspen tree forests.

Quiet, well maintained hike not far from the city. Heads up that not all trail markers are up, but the trail is well established.

Some nice views and wild life to see but very poor signage (see picture) and it is hard to distinguish between cow trails and the path, some of the cow trails looked better than the path! This path can't be done without GPS and even then we couldn't complete the loop due to regrowth overcoming the path by the stream. We should advertise this trail, but we better maintain it!!

Very beautiful but the trail is not well marked and we spent a good deal of time just meandering in the bush. There are some great ice flows in the winter as well as beaver dams and beautiful lookouts. I would go again but beware if you are not comfortable navigating on your own!

An absolutely stunning hike just north of Regina. An in and out to a nice loop through the Aspen trees. A nice mix of ups and downs along the edge of the Qu'appelle Valley. The trail head starts by a gravel pit and you immediately cross the old highway. It starts out not looking very appealing, but don't give up as you will soon be enjoying the scenery!

This place is perfect to observe northern lights also called Aurora lights. Make sure during winters, you are dressing in warm clothes which can sustain even in -35 temperature as it's usually pretty cold on the top and to capture the lights through the camera, u need to turn off your car lights and come outside and adjust your camera too. So wear nice warm clothes including a cap and hand gloves and carry warm water and emergency light with you as u may hear some owl noises or jungle foxes howling which can be a bit stary so turn on emergency lights instead of car lights when not taking pictures. These pics were not taken from a prof cam.
