Dorchester Ranch Golf Course - Westerose
Located in the immediate Pigeon Lake area, Hwy 13 west and south on Range Road 11, Dorchester Ranch Golf Course is approximately 40 minutes south of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
This is a challenging 18 hole golf course nestled in rolling coulees. With the elevation changes you get stunning views of the Battle River valley and the hills in the distance. The course has three tees from which to choose: reds 5178 yards, whites 5702 and blues 6483.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice little course, staff was very friendly. Course is on the short side as far as distance goes, however makes it up with challenging and beautifully designed holes. The greens are very difficult, more than they need to be in my opinion. The only suggestion I would make is more signage to find the next tee boxes, we found ourselves turning around a few times trying to find our next tee box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent course. Never rushed, relaxed attitude which makes golfing so much more enjoyable. Nice big contoured greens. Just a lovely course with interesting holes and views. Price make you feel better also. :) Friendly staff. No driving range but they have a chipping and putting green.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was impeccable,what a wonderful experience! Course was in great shape, but greens are very hard if not impossible to read. I later found out as I paired with some people that they are indeed a crapshoot! LOL ANYWAYS what a fantastic time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We played on a Wednesday and it was like we owned the course. We had no golfers in front of us or any behind us. Very refreshing to just play at our pace and have a few beers and dogs. Staff were very friendly. Greens were slow, but still ran smooth. Definitely worth the drive.
