★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is run by a 3 party company. I went in to get a sim card for my phone and the guy working there didn't seem to know what he was doing. Within 5mins he told me that he couldn't help me and that this location didn't provided these services and sent me to the Kanata Centurm location.
When arrived at Centrum, i expained what happened and they had mentioned that the person was giving out wrong Information and advised me that all location provided Sim cards. She then told me that I was NOT the first person that they turnned away. She told me that they ha e been sending there customers there.
In SUMMARY: Unprofessional behavior and gives out wrong information to customer.
I would avoid this place location

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new smart phone. Superior customer service compared to any other mobile phone store I've been to. Will definitely be back here again !
