★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to share that I visited this location twice a day 5 days a week and when the day came I suggested to the manager the should have lost and found she gave me the biggest attitude and I will never ever return to this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preordered and everything ready when i got there, friendly staff. Muffin selection low. Only negative is avsilabilty of certain items when preordering on app. Could not order any of the breakfast items even tho can order at restsurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go through the drive- thru at least Twice a week since covid for breakfast . We are trying to support local businesses. It is very hard to do with this location. Its a 50 50 chance if they get the orders correct.(from missing bacon or sausage to 1 tsp only of cream cheese to massive amounts mayo ) I have talked to manager and they just give me new one. The store really needs to verify if the order
Is done correctly and not done for speed sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Timhorton's coffee, the environment and the service in general, but I've had a very uncomfortable experience at this location by an elderly lady several times. I have always been respectful to everyone not only her, but I don’t know why she acting strange.I'm really sorry to post such a review. She is unnecessarily loud, rude and unprofessional. I don't think she's good for business. She needs to be retrained, or reminded of professionalism. If I was the owner of the business, I would keep an eye on her. In this way, you will be able to know her behavior towards her colleagues, other business partners,and certain customers. Because of her, I stopped going to this location . Even though it's near my work . I am very disappointed. I thought, I should share my experiences with you. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went thru the drive thru today they didn't put the coffees on a tray when I carried them in, one slipped out of my hand and there went my coffee! Left just with the lid? This wasn't the first time. ☹️. I wish those cups weren't so flimsy. Otherwise, the coffee is great! Especially, the Dark Roast!
