★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience here. I came in looking for a phone. I was confronted by a very rude employee that was very rude. She asked if I needed help I replied by saying no, she then replied by saying if I'm not a customer that counts I needed to leave. I was shocked by my experience and decided to walk out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bell is very difficult to work with, and they never explain anything on the phones. The employees here are generally unhelpful and could not help me with any of my issues. They were more interested in selling our company upgrades we didn't need than helping. Will currently be ending all services with them as soon as possible. Don't even bother considering bell for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad experience. I came in looking for a sim card. I was confronted very rude employee, even he introduce himself as a store manager. He did not explain me everything, his behaviour to strange and rude , I never seen before like this salesman , he should not work in bell store.I am still very shocked, how he became a store manager , I strongly do not recommend everyone .
