★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a new phone and to get repaired my phone screen.The guy gave very good price for both.Excellent customer service with quality work.Ended up buying phone case ,screen protection and extra headphone set.I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone for your cell phone need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They spent a week "fixing" a iphone 7+ offsite after I told them it was the IC chip issue (common and well known). They gave it back still broken. I bought an iphone 6+ off them for $$ same day as a backup. It worked for 4 weeks and now has phantom issues (apps not working, opening themselves, not registering touches, keystrokes or fingerprints). I had another shop repair my iPhone 7 in 2 days (IC chip). Don't use this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very upset and disappointed over my last visit to this store. I went to this place to get my cracked phone screen repaired and paid the $125 upfront. The person at the desk said it would be ready the next day but it was not. Day after day they would say the screen broke when trying to place it in. After the third day they gave me back my phone promising to fix it completely. I went back at a later date, when I was available from work, to drop my phone off what I was hoping to be the last time. The next day I picked it up, I headed home soon after with all my patience gone by this point. I should have stayed and inspected my phone for I found out that the screen wasn't on properly. I tried pressing the screen in myself and it resulted in the problem that they were having all along.
What I'm upset about all of this, is that they refuse to give me a refund after braking my phone again and again and wasting my time and money. I now have to buy a brand new phone somewhere else. Let this be a warning to anybody who goes to this place for service. Don't waste your time and money with them since it's clear they cannot do their job right the first time, even the third time. I am never stepping foot into their store ever again and I would have never forgiven myself if I had stayed quiet about it either. Thank you to those who took the time to read through all of this, I apologize for it being so long.
