After Last summers fiasco of them losing my phone and denying it and making me pay for a lost phone rather than damaged. I was just going to walk away from their service and let sleeping dogs lie. Now I know that they deliberately mislead both my husband and son and overcharged both. Costco Bell has my business forever. DO NOT use Bell Store if you want to be treated with respect.

I was in and dealt with Jennifer today. She was amazingly patient with me as well as knowledgeable. She made sure I got the best phone AND plan that suited my needs. It was very busy and she managed to keep us all feeling welcome. I really appreciated her help.

Great service! They love to aggressively upsale product, and when Your contract is up and you're ready to get a phone wait a couple weeks because the next generation usually comes out

Just signed up with Bell on a two year plan.Meghan was my sales rep and she did an awesome job.She was friendly,professional,answered all my questions and provided great service.I highly recommend the Bell store in the Medicine Hat mall.

Went tonthe store. They imformed me that the device would be covered by warranty. Several days later was told I would have to pay $230 to repair my phone. Whatever. After me calling 39 days later phone is repaired. When I went to retrieve it, they could not transfer all the data back of the loaner(S7, surprised it wasnt a Nokia). Took 1 hr 51 minutes. To top it all off the phone I sent away was black abd the one returned is bluish purple. When I phoned Bell its my responsibility to straighten this out. Bell overall 0 starz. The staff 3.5. Not entirely there fault

Upgraded my phone last summer and the sales rep aggressively persuaded me to get the smart/phone care in case it broke or was lost. He led me to believe that the extra insurance would "cover" it but failed to mention that there is a $300-400 replacement fee! My screen stopped working and it will now cost more to get it replaced by bell than if I simply outsourced the repair. Also bell outsources their own repairs and replacements which makes it a hassle itself.

Just wanted to give five stars to Jennifer who works at the store :) she gave great customer service, she made sure we came first before any phone calls or other duties, she kept a smile on and a positive attitude, and she is very helpful with any questions asked! What a great experience! Thanks Jennifer!
