★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had significant water damage in a bedroom which is located directly below a faulty bathtub drain. The leaky drain caused significant water damage which soaked the bedroom ceiling, a bedroom wall, bed mattress and caused damage to our solid wood bed. What a mess! We were very concerned with the extend of the water damage and if the bedroom could be restored to its original state. Belfor immediately came and quickly restored the room and ceiling to its original condition which we were very happy with. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire Belfor team. I have worked with many service companies but have never seen such an excellent service company in action. At every step of the project, the management provided us with excellent communication with phone calls and texts which we greatly appreciated. Every employee was extremely careful in protecting our floors and walls during the project. Every employee represented Belfor with the highest level of professionalism. It is obvious from our restoration project that Belfor's management has developed an excellent team which is totally committed to provide the client with the best possible service with superb final results. I strongly would recommend hiring Belfor for restoration projects.

Rob Walker maintained contact with us, our insurance adjuster(Intact) and the contractors to ensure that the work was completed to our satisfaction in a timely by manner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came right away after Tornado for the sales pitch, then once I signed the paperwork it was like pulling teeth to get someone to call us back and to actually hire a Contractor. We ended up hiring a Electrician after 6 weeks of no hydro at the it property and gave up on all other work as it was such terrible service.

Good, solid customer service was provided by Rob M, Front Line Expert and Pedro, the Project Manager at Belfor.
After speaking to Rob M, I knew the affected people
were in good hands. Especially when Rob took into consideration the specific needs of the individuals involved.
They were fast! Arriving quickly to mitigate damages.
Rob was informative and empathetic; he was able to provide accurate information and ensured the customer knew what was happening each step of the way.
The work was professional and efficient. Belfor even checked on units over the holiday weekend.
I recommend Belfor any emergency clean up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fence was blown down during a windstorm in December. Within 24 hrs. of the call to Intact, Belfor was there to temporarily fix it for safety purposes. Within the next 48 hours Pedro (project manager) was there for estimation and to settle any concerns. The fence could not be permanently fixed till the spring due to the frost. Once spring arrived Rob Morrison (project supervisor) was on site explaining clearly the procedures. Shortly after the tradesman Will and Doug arrived and completed the job with true excellence and craftsmanship. Respect they showed to my property was above and beyond. My wife and I were estatic with the performance of all four gentleman. To Pedro, Rob Morrison, Will and Doug of Garbutt Construction Belfor, we can’t thank you enough for a job that is more then well done and second to non. I would use these guys for any property project if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I recently had a claim for our damaged roof and Belfor managed the repairs. It was an easy and low stress experience. Someone came out to the house the day I put in the claim, and the teams were very easy to talk to and work with through the whole process. Emergency repairs were done promptly, despite there being a lot of demand in our area for roofing jobs due to unusually high winds this winter. The full roof repair happened earlier than I expected (February), and the work was completed in one day. We’re very happy with the results. Rob M out of Belfor Owen Sound was a particularly great contact during this experience.
