 If you want to make you play the violin by an expert take them. Poor service especially if you have a record that is going on do not go with them you will be more than disappointed.

Nous avions besoin de conseils,et sommes allez ailleurs car il nous coupait la parole sans cesse,et sautait d'humeur constamment.TrĂšs mauvais service.

The owner of this company has a serious behavior problem. One moment he is super honeyed with us and the second after, he turns and cry after a poor employee and this, in front of us!
We needed advice, and went elsewhere because he kept cutting us off, and was constantly in a bad mood.
Business to avoid if you need help and information.

Excavation and reconstruction of the sanitary drain. Valves / plus pest control valve and submersible pump. Very satisfied. Nice / dynamic team and very hard working. Excellent work done and sound advice. I will recommend them without hesitation.

â â â â â Techno Drain est aussi propriĂ©taire d'immeubles. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© locataires dans l'un de leurs immeubles. Peu de temps aprĂšs avoir emmĂ©nagĂ© avec nos enfants, nous avons rencontrĂ© de sĂ©rieux problĂšmes d'odeurs. Il fut par la suite rĂ©alisĂ© par des employĂ©s de Technodrain, aprĂšs qu'on s'en soit plaint, qu'une partie de la tuyauterie Ă©tait Ă changer entre la toilette et la sortie d'Ă©gout. Bref, l'eau salle des toilettes circulait sous le plancher de notre chambre dans des tuyaux endommagĂ©s, ce qui causait des odeurs nausĂ©abondes. On nous a dit ne pas ĂȘtre au courant de la situation.
Nous avons aussi subit plusieurs interruptions de courant, et avons fait Ă faire avec un maĂźtre Ă©lectricien pour comprendre la source du problĂšme, pour rĂ©aliser qu'une partie de la consommation Ă©lectrique des voisins du haut Ă©tait connectĂ©e Ă la notre. Les fils Ă©lectriques des voisins Ă©taient en parti connectĂ© Ă notre boite Ă©lectrique et nous en assumions, sans le savoir, la facture. Le propriĂ©taire nous a dit ne pas ĂȘtre au courant de la situation.
Nous avons parlĂ© par la suite Ă la locataire nous ayant prĂ©cĂ©dĂ©s, laquelle nous a appris qu'elle avait elle-mĂȘme rencontrĂ© tous ces problĂšmes dans le passĂ©, qu'elle en avait avisĂ© ses propriĂ©taires et que rien n'avait Ă©tĂ© mis en place.
Techno Drain is also the owner of buildings. We were tenants in one of their buildings. Shortly after moving in with our children, we encountered serious odor problems. It was later realized by Technodrain employees, after it was complained, that part of the piping was to be changed between the toilet and the sewer outlet. In short, the bathroom water circulated under the floor of our room in damaged pipes, which caused foul odors. We were told not to be aware of the situation.
We also suffered several power interruptions, and did with a master electrician to understand the source of the problem, to realize that part of the electrical consumption of the neighbors upstairs was connected to ours. The neighbors' electrical wires were partly connected to our electrical box and we assumed, without knowing it, the bill. The owner told us that he was unaware of the situation.
We then spoke to the tenant before us, who told us that she had encountered all of these problems herself in the past, that she had notified her owners and that nothing had been done. .

J'ai fait venir une autre compagnie qui a tout nettoyé et simplement libéré l'eau pour faire le gainage sans avoir à EXCAVER LE TERRAIN POUR RIEN !!! ATTENTION... cette compagnie vous fera payer !!! Aller ailleurs...
The `` technician '' passed the camera and told me that because of a water bubble in our clean out, we had to excavate in front of the house before we could sheath the exhaust pipe to the 'sewer !!! I had a doubt ...
I brought in another company which cleaned everything and simply released the water to do the cladding without having to EXCAVATE THE GROUND FOR NOTHING !!! BE CAREFUL ... this company will charge you !!! Go away...

â â â â â Cela fait 2 fois que je fais affaire avec eux (pose de cheminĂ©e extĂ©rieure pour drain et dĂ©molition de dalle de bĂ©ton) et toujours satisfaite. Personnel trĂšs sympathique et fiable! Rare dans le domaine de la construction/rĂ©novation. Je les appellerai encore pour mes prochains travaux de terrassement et de sous-sol.
It's been 2 times that I do business with them (outdoor chimney installation for drain and demolition of concrete slab) and always satisfied. Very friendly and reliable staff! Rare in the field of construction / renovation. I'll call them again for my next earthworks and basement work.

â â â â â Histoire dâhorreur. A Ă©viter tout simplement. SystĂšme d'Ă©vacuation eau pluviale qui ne fonctionne pas lâhiver et au printemps. On a investit bcp dâargent il y a des choses qui ne fonctionnent tjs pas. Sur la loi sur la faillite en 2015 et nâa jamais honorĂ© sa garantie de 10 ans, et ce, malgrĂ© mise en demeure un an aprĂšs fin des travaux. Alors quand vous lisez en affaire depuis 1972, jâaimerais bien connaĂźtre le nombre de faillites stratĂ©giques que cette compagnie a eu. De plus. il nous chargeait une membrane liquide qui impermĂ©abiliserait la fondation Ă prix coĂ»teux alors quâil ne sâagissait que du pitch en rĂ©alitĂ©. Lorsque nous avons exigĂ© le bon produit pour lequel nous nous Ă©tions entendu selon la soumission, cela a pris plusieurs jours Ă faire venir er recevoir le bon produit. Yâa mĂȘme un employĂ© qui mâa dit quâil le savait dĂ©jĂ avant notre remarque et quâil Ă©tait extrĂȘmement mal Ă lâaise avec ce subterfuge. Donc fraude du client avec un produit moins cher. Et si vous ne regarder pas, vous ne le saurez pas, car câest un gentil voisin qui mâa avisĂ© de la fraude en cours. Et M. Beaulieu, propriĂ©taire, trĂšs bĂȘte et zĂ©ro service aprĂšs les travaux. Plusieurs employĂ©s qui ont fait les travaux/soumission ne travaillaient mĂȘme plus pour cette entreprise un an aprĂšs. Difficile dâavoir des explications sur ce qui ne fonctionne pas.
Horror story. To be avoided quite simply. Rainwater drainage system that does not work in winter and spring. We have invested a lot of money, there are things that are still not working. On the bankruptcy law in 2015 and never honored its 10-year warranty, despite formal notice one year after completion of the work. So when you read in business since 1972, I'd like to know how many strategic bankruptcies this company has had. Furthermore. he was loading us with a liquid membrane that would waterproof the foundation at an expensive price when it was really just the pitch. When we demanded the right product that we agreed to in the bid, it took several days to get in and receive the right product. There was even an employee who told me that he already knew this before our remark and that he was extremely uncomfortable with this subterfuge. So customer fraud with a cheaper product. And if you don't watch, you won't know because it was a nice neighbor who notified me of the ongoing fraud. And Mr. Beaulieu, owner, very stupid and zero service after the work. Several employees who did the work / bid no longer even worked for this company a year later. It's hard to get an explanation of what is wrong.

â â â â â J'ai achetĂ© un condo il y a deux ans, et une partie du parking a Ă©tĂ© refait en 2016 autour de la bouche d'Ă©goĂ»t - et moins de 6 ans plus tard je dĂ©couvre que la copropriĂ©tĂ© avait payĂ© cette compagnie plus de 7000$ pour ces travaux "botchĂ©s", ce qui fait qu'aujourd'hui l'asphalte se dĂ©fait autour de l'Ă©goĂ»t en question et on a de beaux trous en plus que l'eau ne s'Ă©coule pas. On devra refaire faire les travaux et payer 3 fois le prix pour avoir au moins un travail bien fait qui ne sera pas Ă refaire dans 5 ans!
I bought a condo two years ago, and part of the parking lot was redone in 2016 around the manhole - and less than 6 years later I discovered that the condo had paid this company over $7,000 for these "botched" works, which means that today the asphalt is unraveling around the sewer in question and we have beautiful holes in addition to the fact that the water does not flow. We will have to redo the work and pay 3 times the price to have at least one job well done that will not have to be redone in 5 years!
