The NY strip from this butcher shop on the grill was extremely delicious. Just a bit of salt and pepper, 8 minutes on the grill and it turned a $15 steak from a butcher shop to a $50 steak in a restaurant. We purchased 7 (massive) steaks from this place for just a bit over $100. Excellent experience.
