★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good people with decades of experience. We had a pig cut up and processed here a few months ago and the bacon and sausage were great. Today I picked up a beef and tried some of their beef sausage. Once again I thought it was quite tasty. I liked the smoked maple and honey style best. Wes and his staff take pride in their work and have computerized equipment that controls the mixes of the meat being processed. Even the smoker is computerized. The end result is great tasting food. You can even buy a beef from them which is pretty much organic if you like.
