★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and Disorganized. No point in providing a cut order to them as they will just cut whatever they feel like. Missing meat on three separate orders, even after specifically requesting specific cuts. Will not use them again.

Lack of communication when making changes to butchering instruction so picked up different variety of cuts then what we had thought would be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service here. We've had them process pig for us and we have beef hanging there now. Great to deal with, knowledgeable and we were much happier with the bacon and sausage from Elora Rd then the same we bought from someone who used Harriston's. Harriston's might have a better smoked chop, buts Elora's is still excellent. I can't wait to see how the beef comes out! We'll be sending them more pigs this fall again too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're ever looking for a side of beef or a whole or even a quarter of beef Elora Road Meats is the place to go. Not only are they priced way better than you'd get in the store . The freshness and quality can't be beat. Not only that my family and I don't have to worry about recalls on meat due to contamination. Been dealing there for over a decade and have never been disappointed. They cut your meat and package the way you want . Custom butchers at it's best. And the beef we get is there own raised animals which takes the guess work and worry out of it as to where the animal even comes from. And when we've ever run out of ground beef can reorder as much or as little as you want. Sometimes we'll go for a ride and get a fresh 1" steak for that days super. Can't be beat. Elora Road Meats is the ONLY place I get my beef. Dave and company are always happy to help. Like I said the ONLY place I buy my beef.
