★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 2 orders of over 350-400 CDN$ the second one was majorly muffed up. Instead of 20 pack x6 of maple beef snack sticks I received 20 pack x6 of VERY spicy beef sticks. So spicy as to be directly inedible without being added as a condiment and cooked with other foods. The client that ordered them returned them as inedible and they eventually had to be disposed of because NO ONE could eat them.
(and I make my own red curry from scratch)
After a couple of weeks of back and forth through email and phone the company refused all responsibility for the failed order. Be it cause by bad quality control or someone packing the wrong things they made no effort to rectify the situation.
Today I received their (unasked for) spam about a 20% off sale. I was actually bored enough to go look and was laughing when I discovered that after 20% off they cost MORE then regular prices In some cases upwards of 4$ more per item. This is actually outright Illegal in Canada.
I also noticed that ALL the reviews I posted about the products I had problems with were NEVER posted to the site. In fact ANY review that's not 5 stars NEVER gets authorized for posting by the webmaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the extra hot snack stix and hot summer sausage online just the other day. Received the product very fast via Canada Post. I am totally amazed at the great flavour of the snack stix. So much flavour and perfectly hot and spicy the way I love them. Dried to perfection. I have been searching for the perfect ones, and I have now found them! One day I will visit the store to personally thank them for the amazing meat products they make.
