★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the idea of having a locally run smaller grocery store to grab whatever I need during the week. Unfortunately, the produce is typically not super fresh which is a deterrent from me as this is what i typically need to grab and go. I would come by more often if this was addressed for sure!
Having said that the people are normally very friendly and it is convenient for other things if I need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a smaller grocery store, local, and conveniently placed. I've never had problems with produce, although I've noticed that sometimes the dairy products are on the shelf past the sell by date. Usually when I visit the service is lacking, but that's not something I'm offended by. The selection of goods is decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in the neighborhood I've always tried to support London road a small local grocery even though the prices for the most part are not competitive. Recntly I had a run in with who I can only assume is the meat counter manager he was disagreeable and rude!! I will drive the extra few blocks to Save on foods !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff! There is a smaller selection and higher prices compared to other markets in town, but I live nearby so I find myself there picking up last minute items at least once a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish that I could give more stars to this location but sadly after seven years of shopping here and not being given sale prices as posted on their selves many times including two recently I can only leave a one star review. Two days ago I was purchasing an item that was posted for sale until December 11th and because the clerk had not given me the total (i understand that he is special needs so i do not have anything against him) I only assumed that I was given the sale price as my glasses were fogged up and I could not see very well without them on. I accept that this is partly my fault but today I went in again to buy the same thing thinking it was again still on sale (it is still posted as on sale until December 11th) but it was not. And when I asked about this sale I was told it was not and even when I mentioned the sale tag nothing was said. This is the first bad review that I have felt the need to leave anywhere and sadly if this continues to happen I may need to start shopping somewhere else regardless of the distance (I walk) because the store is too expensive as it is without not being given sale prices that are posted in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to Lethbridge from the Shuswap (BC). I’ve been to the Market 3 times now in the last week and I have to say the Staff are not very friendly or welcoming to a new face. If I ask where something is, I feel like I’m bothering staff members or they look me up and down like maybe I would steal. I dress nice and I’m always polite. I wouldn’t mind paying a higher price point for excellent/friendly service but after three times it’s hard to justify going back. Too bad it’s a neat store with an old school vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service ever! I called London Road Market to let them know the bacon I purchased was expired, and was wanting to return it for a fresh one if possible. Next thing they asked for my address and the manager himself came by to deliver this! We only bought a single, 1kg package! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Will most definitely be doing ALOT more of my shopping there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the meat. They used to have the best rotisserie chickens when Ida was there, they are terrible now. I used to go there a couple times a week for the chicken and always pick up whatever else I need. Haven't been there in a while. But I like the Store. Staff are great.
