★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to start this review off by stating that I have never had a massage done to me before in my life. I decided to look into getting a massage done due to my recent back pain and complications, I've been having extremely stiff movements and lower back pain.
Booking an appointment was super easy as all it took was a phone call and had a warm welcome and had many time frames options open. I decided to go with a half hour back massage and booked with Matthew. I was going in blind not knowing what to expect, but upon entering the main entrance I felt at ease and was again warmly welcomed by the receptionist. I had some paperwork to fill out and was quickly greeted by Matthew.
The massage was a half hour long and Matthew was a blast to talk to and hear about his knowledge of the back and spine, knowing nerves and helping me really track down those sensitive spots. I left feeling amazing and I sadly don't have any other experience to relate this to but I will definitely be returning here as a regular. It's a shame in a few days new restrictions will be imposed and I can't get massages done more but after I will come back.
Thank you to all staff at BCM. Looking forward to coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brianna at Beddington Chiropractic is fantastic. I had been to chiropractic treatments before at a different location and had no improvements. Within two weeks of seeing Brianna I felt so much better. She is very kind and nice and thoroughly explains what she is doing. I highly recommend her. I should also mention the staff at reception is also very kind and helpful.

From the second you step in and meet the front desk team to the time you get treatment from the doctor to when you leave it was a great place. Definitely recommend. Will be going back again !

BCM, specifically Brianna (chiropractor), and Kayla (RMT) are not only professional and friendly, but are very knowledgeable. Everything they’ve done and recommended I do on my own has brought me back to to be able to achieve my absolute best.
If you’re struggling with lingering pain, I’d definitely recommend having a visit with either, both, or the rest of the BCM clinic.

I have already noticed improvements in my range of motion after my first few treatments. The reception staff are very attentive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
