She kept resting her left hand on my eyes completely while picking up the extensions with her other hand, as a result she kept poking me in the eye with the pointy end of the curved tweezer. I also felt that there were holes on the tape that she used on my lower lash because of the poking. I also wanted a cat-eye effect but she didn’t understand the briefing at all.

I love the shape and everything about how it looks, and I really appreciated how much care Abeer took with me. She went above and beyond, and made the experience so relaxing. My sister and I both come to Abeer I will be coming back whenever I'm in Oakville next!

I absolutely recommend this to someone who is struggling with stubborn hair. And my all time favourite for eyebrow threading is Abeer. She is the best.

S	Sofwhee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for them to just clean up my natural brows a little bit, I didn't want them to reshape them. I have thicker brows and I like them that way. They went absolutely crazy with it and my eyebrows are noticeably uneven, thinner than they've ever been with a really dramatic arch. My face looks huge and square now. When I said this wasn't what I asked for, the lady tried to explain something about me not having enough hair in my brows? Or not, she really struggled with English and could only repeat "not hair here" and pointed at her eyebrow, so I don't know what she was trying to tell me. It wasn't going anywhere, and I wasn't really angry at her or anything, but it was clear she probably didn't understand what I asked her to do in the first place anyway, so I just thanked her and left. Not great.
P	Paige Betts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the Oakville and Burlington location have surpassed any experiences and expectations I’ve had in the past. The staff are not only wonderful and kind, but have amazing technical skills to make your brows so beautiful! Highly recommend!
K	Kimmy Tong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly not the type to leave a negative review, however I got my brows threaded here yesterday from who I thought was my go to brow girl shaima, my brows were ruined I left with pencil thin uneven crazy looking brows. they be charging premium prices for janky services. as some one who works in the beauty industry I'm greatly disappointed to find out there are individuals who could care less about customer satisfactory and are just in it for the $$$ this isn't my first bad experience at beauty first, I've also been to the Burlington location... 10/10 would not recommend either. this company has no standards and lacks consistency. I recommend researching small independent business's with individuals who are passionate about their craft and will provide you services you leave feeling good about yourself. attached are photos of how my brows looked after getting threaded yesterday, a pic of how my brows looked threaded in the past and my natural full brows.
