A	Allen Shackleton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a track light from them for our kitchen. Put $100 deposit and they ordered the light. Paid remainder when light finally arrived. Took it home and tried it and decided it was not what we wanted. I called the store the next day and explained the situation and asked if we could come in to look around and exchange it with something else. Owner said "she didn't allow returns" and that it was unfortunate that we didn't like the fixture. At no time did they explain that all sales were final. So this policy is going to keep us from ever doing business with them again, and we will ensure we let everyone we know about the terrible experience we've had. Avoid.

What I love about Phyllis and her staff is that they make you feel warm and welcomed. I choose Beams for the quality and interesting artistic selections they have to offer, and highly recommend them if you are looking for something different than the expected and are tired and disappointed of cheaply made products. Nothing but quality at Beams Lighting.

I had great service from Phyllis and her staff and found that she had a great selection of lighting. The service didn't stop with just ordering my two lights for my new dinning room and bathroom but once they were received I was missing some of the crystals. I called the store and spoke with Phyllis, she told me she would order more for me at no extra cost without any questions asked. I was very grateful that I didn't have to bring the light back to the store as I live an hour away. I will be definitely buying my lighting from Beams Lighting. It was such a positive experience.

Everything from a simple fixture, to building a theme - including selecting the right bulbs! She can even recommend an electrician to make the installation job easier. 5 stars is not enough!
