★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great policies when it comes to returns. Customer service was excellent, they just needed some verification because we didn't have the bill. The store was clean and the staff was not too busy to assist us. The Home Depot just has the right enough of varieties to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Unwilling to do anything at all about missing components on a product ordered directly at the store. Not sure how they can get you a product but then have no support for missing or faulty product upon arrival. Very poor representation of the business.

Even my 11 year old daughter noticed how rude she was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved to the area from Toronto and going from the stores I’m use to shopping in and this store is total night and day!! We recently started shopping I. Your seasonal area to get our backyard an oasis since we actually have property now and every time we go in we see Steph your seasonal Manager and can I tell you that you are very lucky to have her in this store. Steph is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect from our new lawn mower and trimmer to the plants and patio sets we have bought she has helped every step of the way and with a smile and laughs and If her customer service Isn’t enough than let me tell you that I have never seen a manager spend so much time taking care of the staff and helping them with their questions. Go to the seasonal department and see Steph and everyone there she and they are amazing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a patio set with a fire table. They delivered 2 chairs only. They took over a week to finally get back to me. They then told me they are sold out and can't replace my order. Followed by they won't refund my money until they come pick up the 2 chairs they delivered. Still waiting on a confirmation of when they will even come pick up the chairs. Absolutely ridiculous customer service over 6 hours spent on the phone to get to this point. I'll never purchase anything from Home Depot again.
