★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! Bill is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Their prices are very, very good & their products are absolutely top notch. After answering all my questions and explaining which options would work best, I ended up purchasing a Smart Powerline central vac. I can't believe how well it performs on all types of flooring. Don't waste time looking elsewhere - this is the absolute best place to buy any vacuum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly in-laws had an issue with their 14 year old Beam SC375A Central Vacuum system. The H.O. which is located in Quebec listened to my concerns and recommended that I visit Etobicoke Service Centre. As most people now-a-days, I read reviews of the Shop and I was very impressed with the consistent commentary about the owner's stellar knowledge and quality workmanship. When I went to the Shop, Bill immediately diagnosed the issue and quickly repaired the Unit. I must agree with the many other reviews that Bill is a Rock Star with his knowledge about these systems and I was also very impressed with his integrity, speed in repairing the unit, as well as, his genuine friendliness.

I am in the middle of a move and my kids threw out the wands! Bill was very helpful and even provided two non gratis.

We had an issue with our central vacuum and George responded with great advice and service- and helped us right away. It is so refreshing to deal with local businesses/entrepreneurs who not only can provide quality vacuum solutions at a fair price, but they are there when you need them for excellent service. Great people! I would highly recommend.

He took his time and evaluated the system before giving me his honest and knowledgeable opinion about getting a replacement. After a subsequent visit to the store, he was very patient and attentive answering all of our questions. We were very happy with the price he gave us for a top-quality central system. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret wasting so much money on those dinky little plug in vacuum systems I've always thought I was getting a great deal on. Had I known the process to buy a new vacuum system would be so smooth and seamless, I would have gotten this done way sooner! We had this central vacuum system installed from when our home was built and had no idea replacing it would be less expensive than continuing to buy way less powerful systems in an effort to get what we need done. I searched companies to call up and found Bill at Beam, he came out to check our system, recommended a new system and worked with us to make it work within our budget. He was friendly, knowledgable and had customer service skills (imagine that!? it's hard to remember the feeling of being serviced properly these days). We visited his shop and he helped us out the appropriate sized canister and tools, then shortly after he came out to our home and installed the unit. We can finally vacuum to our hearts content and not have to go over areas 2-3 times to get a result. Beam had excellent customer service, professionalism and knowledge you can't buy. We are very happy with our decision to go with Beam after having vetted multiple vendors. They are the small-business to choose when searching for a central vacuum shop. We highly recommend!
