I developed a severe case of sciatica and visited two different chiropractors in my area with no success in relieving my pain. I decided to drive from my Buffalo NY office to Toronto to see my daughter. After 5 visits she completely resolved my sciatica issues through muscle message and follow up exercises. If you need relief from sciatica my daughter is the one to see.

They provide effective, professional chiropractic and massage services. The waiting room atmosphere is welcoming and has its own sense of community. It also happens to be a great place to find out what's going on the the neighbourhood while you're waiting for your appointment. It's often busy, so appointments are recommended.

Her receptionist Bonnie is always friendly and cheerful. She always greets you by name and with a smile .

Not only was she the first to figure out a serious medical condition I had that went undiagnosed by others, but she has been extremely supportive and goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. She is knowledgeable, always takes time to explain geeky anatomy things to me, and creates a welcoming community in her office. She is also just a genuinely great human being overall. Dr. Jo fixes me, keeps me functioning so I can live my life. Bonnie the office manager is friendly, proficient, and a joy to know. Caroline the massage therapist is also awesome at what she does. Highly recommend this place to my pilates clients who have injuries and anyone who is looking for a great chiropractor.
