I left thinking, "Wow, Maria is so legit" Somehow, she was the first health professional - of all the masseuses and chiros I've been to - to tell me what type of movements are probably causing my chronic tight areas. She reminded me what areas need strengthening (thankfully I already have those exercises in my back pocket that I had neglected) She really knew her stuff, thinks about it all the time, and I'm very grateful to have found her :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria is an excellent massage therapist. I have been seeing her for over a year now. She is conscientious and always does pre-massage checks for range of motion, etc. to understand what your current "status" is before starting. She has an intuitive sense about where the issues lie and that combined with her skills allows for focused treatment which, to me, means better therapy and healing. Maria is a lovely and interesting person which just adds to the overall enjoyment of visiting her for treatment. The icing on the cake is her beautiful space, which is tranquil and soothing. I highly recommend her services.

She checked in throughout the massage to make sure I was happy with the pressure and explained what she was doing. She also gave me some new exercises/stretches to try at home. I will be going back again!

An amazing massage therapist who immediately knows which part of the body needs most attention by laying her hand down. Also very intelligent at identifying the root cause! Very experienced and knowledgeable individual that you will enjoy chatting with her. Relax at a calming and comfortable place. Time flies every time I see her. Thank you Maria for helping me with my shoulder and back pain. Would definite recommend her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! Other massages have been too general and have no focused on what I had asked them to work on. Maria really listens and knows her stuff! She can always pinpoint exactly where my pain is coming from and find trigger points to release tension. I love all the little extras such as using hot towels, a heating pad and a lavender eye mask during treatment. I would highly recommend!
