The staff provided me with all the information regarding all the options going forward, which helped me determine which path was right for me.
From that point on they were always there to answer any questions I had and were always kind, positive and respectful of the sensitivity and the array of feelings one has when facing this monumental shift in life!
Through until my last month I was always so happy that I was lucky enough to have called this particular office, and to have had Kathryn on my file from start to finish; with the grace, kindness and professionalism she exhibits I can only hope that if faced with this kind of decision in your life you do what I did and make the phone call the their BDO office, and know that you will have the same exceptional experience as I did and be as lucky is I was!
