I had been thinking about either debt consolidation or bankruptcy for years. She gave me so much knowledge and helped me feel comfortable through a very difficult time. My 9 month period is finished this month and I feel the biggest relief and weight off my shoulders and feel like I have a fresh start to get ahead. I went to meet her and talk about my options and what MNP could do for me during a very dark time in my life. I was separating from my partner and about to be a single mom of 2 kids under 4 years old with an incredible debt load that I was being stuck with. I was scared, defeated, and broken - financially and emotionally. Sandra was extremely kind, positive, solution oriented, compassionate, not pushy and truly helped me understand how I could turn things around financially and get back on my feet and still have enough to adequately support my kids. The education on finances and budgeting was invaluable. And even after I was well into my proposal term she continued to connect with me from time to time to make sure I was doing ok and to provide accolades on how well I was doing with my payment plan and when "life happened" and I hit a bump in the road she was there to encourage me and work with me to get everything back on track. I would stop by the office every 6 months or so to drop off more post-dated cheques and I was always greeted with a warm welcome and salutation. The front office staff are wonderful! I had a wonderful experience with MNP. Sandra and the whole team helped me gain financial freedom and set me up for success from the first meeting. I highly recommend MNP and their services.
