Free coffee and $5 off at the diner, which has great food too. Rooms are cleaned very well, and any issues you may have are resolved quickly with a fantastic staff. A very friendly and welcoming hotel. If you’re bringing your family I recommend the newly renovated rooms wit a full kitchen!
M	Mike Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very cost effective place to stay when working. Room rates are decent and the pool and hot tub are nice. They have laundry facilities for free. I've been staying here for some long term work and have gotten to know the staff and manager on a more personal level. They have become great to deal with and are a large part of why I chose to stay here. Any problems we have are taken care of right away and the manager Tony, while usually inquire about it later on. This treatment makes me feel very valued as a customer.
B	B B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is based over the course of approximately three months of staying at this facility while being sent to work in the Peace River area. I feel compelled to write this review because of the great service I have received here. I’ll start by saying the location is excellent - right in downtown Peace River. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, a gym, and even a movie theatre. They have in-house washer and dryer which is free to use if you are staying at the hotel. The rooms have always been clean and stocked with coffee - never a complaint there. The restaurant has some really good choices (highly recommend the Blackened Chicken Alfredo). Dealing with the administrative side of the hotel is a breeze, a big shout-out to Jons at the front desk. He was easily the nicest hotel employee I’ve ever had to deal with and was more than accommodating to any request I had. Overall I highly recommend this place.
m	mary huffman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently stayed at BCMInns for three days (Aug. 17th---Aug. 19th 2020.) The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I am a senior and have some mobility issues so was very pleased with the parking---right in front of the unit and NO steps. The staff were excellent, especially Tony Barber, who is the hotel manager and "technician". Tony was extremely helpful because I had problems figuring out the Keurig coffee machine; the air conditioning, and some of the lights---(due to my inept abilities to figure out anything mechanical!) When I phoned for help Tony came to my room and fixed everything in about five minutes--then he frequently checked to be sure everything was OK. Tony was very helpful throughout my stay and I would certainly return to this motel and will highly recommend it to any friends heading for Peace River. In this time of covid pandemic, I appreciated that cups in the room were all individually packed. Room temperature is easily adjustable in the room. The staff team was amazing. Tony Barber in particular was very helpful and he went extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location-wise, a beautiful running/biking trail along the river is literally a min walking distance away! It’s also close to downtown, several restaurants (wow grill was great!) convenient store and a big grocery store- all within the walking distance.
C	Chris S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just like the photos. The bedding needs to be updated but aside from that, the bed was pretty comfy. Customer service from Brian was above any beyond. He made our stay better. Price was very very reasonable. Wifi and parking was included. Easy check in and check out. I thought this place was going to be more ghetto given the price we paid for a last minute stay but it was a lot better then other places that we payed more for. Again, aside from the out dated duvet, I was happy with our stay. Had to come up to peace River for work and ended up lodging here as we were too tired to drive back to Edmonton. Bathroom was clean, they had a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig machine and extra pillows which was nice. Thanks again Brian for an excellent experience. We will stay here again when we come back regardless just because you were dope.
