Plenty of animals and learning for the whole family! The whole park is mostly self guided. The birds of prey exhibit with the owls is super cool! Bring water, it's hot in the summer!

Came with our two year old and we had the absolute best time. Well set out, clean, with special animals galore - all of which were easy to spot and observe. We had some excellent healthy wraps for lunch from the cafeteria and a great wee play on the playground. The train is a highlight for small people - must do! Would definitely go again next time we come through Kamloops :)

There are some beautiful creatures here that can no longer survive in the wild. The Spirit Bear is a wonder to behold, as are the eagles and owls. Most of them have really nice enclosures, but I felt some of them could have been nicer, particularly the grizzlies'. But overall a good educational place with lots of things to see and do, especially for families.

Fantastic day trip from the Okanagan. Lots of animals and a free scooter rental to navigate the park. Highly recommended

Love that the park hosts a variety of rescued animals. It looks as though they really do try to provide a nice living space for the animals although some of the spaces did look a little sparse. Would have been nice to take a tour so maybe we could have learned more about the animals and their respective situations. It was very hot out so we spent a decent amount of time in the "Birds of Prey" exhibit which was very "cool" both literally and figuratively.

Great variety of rescued animals Didn't get to see some animals as they were sleeping which is understandable. Commendable rescue work! Too many animals to list! Grizzly bear and cougar are there!

Good way to kill a day with the little ones. Bunch of different rescue animals to check out. Even got a train that does a couple loops of the park. Worst part was a cheeseburger I ordered that I'm pretty sure wasn't meat(it was grey and slimy and tasted like freezer burnt cardboard) It inevitably found its way to the garbage after 2 bites. So if you eat at the Cafe order the wraps and not the burgers.

I went here only for the wild lights and it was quite amazing to experience. Got some of my favorite pictures and could see very few animals. Beautiful train journey though. Always keep one dollar for the train. Wondered how they kept the Santa and reindeers on top of the mountain. Loved the detailing in that also to include Rudolph the RED NOSE REINDEER. Illuminated dragon was really good so was the arch and dinosaurs. Overall a great experience.
