★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In town performing at the playhouse and my cast & I booked a 3 hour guided kayak tour around the islands! 116.00 each with taxes & fees booked easily online.
I was very pleased when they called the day of to give us the option of rescheduling our tour due to rain for the following day. We only get 1 day off a week so we decided to go ahead with the tour rain or shine and as soon as we hit the water the clouds broke and we got some sun! PLUS it was just us and our tour guide which made it very intimate & fun.
Our tour guide; Debbie was awesome! She went through the safety protocols with us and was very knowledgeable about the water and its attractions; taking us to a ship wreck, half moon bay which was GORGEOUS and pointing out wildlife!
We were supplied with photos from the tour, fitted life jackets, rain coats & kayak skirts which were a huge plus in keeping us dry!
Highly recommend this activity if you’re visiting the 1000 islands and want to do something outdoors & physical! We were all confident on the water/experienced paddlers so they can totally adjust the tour to your level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Kayaking adventure was a group Guides, Pathfinders and Rangers part of Girl Guide of Canada. We were in 12 Kayaks with youth members and a parent. The 3 guides were professional at all times, helpful to everyone and provided support to everyone so they could have a successful experience. Everyone felt safe and energized from the experience. The stories we were told on the trip certainly helped the girls connect more with their country of Canada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star customer service. 5 start experience. Our tour guide seemed overwhelmed when we showed up. They straight up told us what they were suppose to be off but had to come in just for our tour, which was an un-necessary comment. Once the tour started tho, it was absolutely beautiful and they new alot of information about the area. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the half-day kayaking tour and it was amazing. It's beginner-level friendly and the scenery is beautiful. The guide, Lucas, was perfect. Very helpful, professional and talked just enough for us to learn about the islands but not too much to let us enjoy the peacefulness on the water. Highly recommend!

Always go above an beyond whether it be sharing new tidbits of 1000 Islands history, helping us load and unload our gear, or even sharing the best local fishing spots. Thanks to the team for another great end of summer camping trip - we’ll be back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 1000 islands in Gananoque is such a beautiful place and it only gets better on the water. We did the half day guided tour with Mark, who was just amazing, super patient and encouraging. He gave us excellent instructions on kayaking and navigating and he also gave us a lot of interesting information (and jokes) about the history and geological details of the area.
Will definitely recommend and will return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience renting a tandem kayak for the full day. Highly advise getting out early and enjoying the waters before it gets busy with motorboats and other water crafts. The islands were serene and beautiful. The map provided was really helpful when deciding what route to take and places to stop. Highly recommend kayaking in the thousand islands!
