★ ★ ★ ★ ★ made reservation with Mike 2 weeks before to spray the insulation for inner panels, work van. it is not even one hour job from other shop, but they took over a week. and the van didn't even touched. no work even started. waste time and always excuses.
in case, anyone need information about other shop I got job done. please message me will reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a transit van outfitted here, and the quality of the finished product was exceptional. They didn't cut any corners on the installation. Mike was great at making changes when the items I had requested didn't quite fit. The communication could have definitely been better on their part as I had to call several times for updates. They don't really have a showroom, and in general their shop seemed fairly disorganized. That being said, the fantastic workmanship shows that these guys really know what they are doing. Their pricing was also significantly better than any of their competitors. Many of their products are made in Chilliwack so that's also a huge plus for me.

BC Upfitters just outfitted our new sprinter van. Not only did they do a great job and everything they said they would do... they also completed it on time and under budget. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had work done there in the past, they were ok! Then I made another appointment to get a quote for my sprinter van. Took pretty much half my day on a weekday to bring in my van and get a quote. Was told I’d get pricing soon. It’s now been over 2 months and haven’t heard back. They seem to not care about their customer service.. don’t bring your vans or trucks here they will take up your time then never get back to you. Even if the price of lower than the competition it’s NOT worth the wasted time and effort. The owner can’t handle the clientele, not organized doesn’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company, great guys, amazing service! I called Mike on a Monday regarding unfitting for our commercial company van. I informed Mike that I needed this done as soon as possible as we were on a time constraint. Mike managed to fit us in on Thursday of the same week! The quality and workmanship these guys provide is excellent. Customer service was excellent and pricing was very fair. I will be recommending mike and his company to anyone who needs up fitting done on their vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was pleased with the price but I wanted to look further into their products/craftsmanship. When I texted my friend who had 3 of his vehicles outfitted, he had to go elsewhere for a proper "reinstallation" and replaced some overheadshelving with another company in area. Good to have contacts with experience.
Staff was okay but seemed too quick to chat and quote. I'm not looking for it rushed just quality..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike helped me get an interior blind installed in our van quickly, and was able to source out the actual part I needed vs what I described. Brought the price down as the new part was cheaper, friendly and quick service.
