★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Covid I don't get out much anymore. I look forward to my outing to the BC Cannabis Store's . They're always so polite and friendly. They give me awesome information on different products that I'm interested in. They give me tips on what's new , what's fresh, & what's selling well. The also give me tips on how to save money on purchasing products . The staff know the products that I like and make suggestions . Mostly there suggestions work but there was a couple times that I wanted the product for daytime use and the product made me tired so I just used it in the evenings, no biggie. I like hybrid cannabis and concentrates . I use concentrates to help with chronic pain . I use a little bit of Indica in the evenings to help me wind down for bed . I use cannabis medicinally because of nausea and pain . I like the Sahali Columbia square location and the Lansdowne exchange downtown location . Wonderful staff at both locations. I enjoy shopping there and look forward to it . A grateful customer .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting, if I could give it zero stars I would! Staff was SUPER rude and honestly made me turn around and walk out, would never want to spend money in this place! Maybe because its government run they don't care that their customer service is HORRENDOUS?! Support local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The original and still best. Often imitated, never duplicated. Been going there for the jazz cabbage since day one, when all those news people were interviewing every jagoff who exited the store.
It's clean and the staff is great. There's usually what I want and always lots of selection. Prices are what they are; could be worse. At least you know it won't be a brick of Mexican ditch weed.
