Bayside Cottages

Well what can I say I had everything in my cabin a lake great people a pool and family enjoying the fresh air and naturecant wait to visit again

The scenery was nice and was quite but the place was dirty the pots and pan we're so grease I had to buy my own, if you have small kids bring your own TV and movies because there's doesn't work and the barbeque was so discussing it took me an hour to clean it and it wouldn't even get hot enough to cook a hotdog and the lady said was I using it properly its not rockit science

..and dish soap...and oven mitts..and foil..and saran wrap...and flip flops for the dirty shower...and comet for your pots and pans that the last person used...and tea towels...and dish towels...anti flea spray...a bbque brush to clean the rust off the grills...your own tv (from this century)...your own radio...plenty of data...etc...also website says security dep required but you have to pay a minimum 2 night stay before you get there so happy gambling...

wow, what a place to stay, cottage was really clean and staff are super nice and helpful. view was beautiful and grounds are well kept. definitely will visit again.

Bayside cottages is our favorite summer retreat. Beautiful scenery, family oriented, well maintained,great fishing and amazing people who run it. ❤

Been going for early season walleye for a few years. Fishing is great! Cottage is in need of major maintenance. Owner is confused and offers conflicting instructions for basic things like where to park; stressful to deal with. Double check your bill because tax calculation is difficult to do, even with a calculator. Owner does not like dealing with people (and said so).

I read the negative review posted a few days ago complaining about the condition and cleanliness of a customers cottage at Bayside. I was there and directly involved at the time so I'll post the truth. This woman complaining had a neat, clean cottage with a working A/C unit upon arrival. Upon their departure 2 days later I personally saw the condition of the cottage. These women lived like pigs!! With no regard for the condition the left the cottage. They left food all over the floor. Garbage piled in corners and piles of dirty dishes. I've been going to Bayside for 10 years and EVERY time I've been the cottages are clean and properly equipped, the property is neat and well kept and the views are spectacular. Anna has always gone above and beyond to ensure every guest is well taken care of. The women that posted the negative and completely nonsensical review were upset that they were called out on living like pigs and the condition they left the cottage in. I have not and never will ever hesitate to continue enjoying my stays at Bayside and actually brought my entire family there this summer for the first time. My girlfriend and our 4 kids absolutely loved it and the kids are already asking when can we return. My advice to the women posting the negative reviews, go stay in a hotel the rented hourly. That way the disregard in which you leave places and the completely disgusting way you live will fit right in with your surroundings!!!!

This is a very nice place. The kids love to spend time exploring the property, catching the turtle in the creek, fishing by the water or swimming in the pool. From the morning till night time they are outside. We enjoy the peace and quite time Bayside Cottages has to offer. Enjoy coffee on the porch and watch the sun rise, have a snack under the tree in the afternoon or watch the fire at the end of the day. It is a perfect place to turn off our busy life and just enjoy nature; the scenery is amazing.
