Got a few suits for weddings I've attended in the past. Had no issues getting those suits. But my most recent experience was a different story. No issues with the ordering process but when my suit didn't arrive when they had told me it would, I sent an email and was assured that it would arrive by the next week. The suit didn't arrive the next week either. I have tried to send emails regarding the status of the suit but have not gotten any response. Since making the order it has been about 2 months (online they say 3 weeks is all they need) and did not have the suit for my cousin's wedding. I feel they prioritize athletes and stars order while the others keep getting pushed back. Would NOT Recommend!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a shirt for my wedding with plenty of lead up time. Was promised there would be no issue in having it ready on time. The shirt was not ready and they could not give me an explanation why. They also did not offer me any compensation to make up for it until I asked. Every time they promised to call me the day after, I waited days without receiving a call and had to call in myself to inquire. Extremely unprofessional service for a place that charges a lot. If I could give 0 stars I would. ***Edit*** After learning about my complaint, the owner, Ravi has been in contact with me and has made amends for the error to my satisfaction. Also to be fair to them I want to clarify that I received 2 out of 3 items on time, a suit and a shirt, it was only the additional shirt that I ordered that arrived late.

Received my black Baynes+Baker masks yesterday evening, my wife is a doctor and she loves the high quality and soft feel of the 100% cotton masks on her face and my son thinks he looks cool with the mask on. I wore my mask outside today, it looks great on and feels very nice on my face compared to other masks I have and the bigger ear loops feel good around my ears. The big bonus is I can breath with it on. Me and my family would highly recommend the Baynes+Baker 100% cotton masks.

UPDATE 02/24/21: I was finally contacted by the store owner and were able to come to an agreement on how to settle this issue. The store was able to refund me the entire cost of the suit plus offer extra perks in order to make this right. That was a nice relief to see that they care about their customers. Store owner owned up to the communication error and made this situation better. I will consider and recommend this store in the future. We also received the suit and it is a stunning suit, beautifully personalized and great quality. 11/16/20: I don’t even know where to start with this review. But this has probably been the WORST experience encountered, especially coming from a business. Regardless of what they tell you, your suit will NOT arrive for your event. We ordered a suit for our wedding and we’re promised it would arrive well before our wedding. We ordered it right under 3 months and they said it’s plenty of time. Yes with covid will be some delays but we were promised it would arrive at least 3 weeks before the wedding. I was not given a tracking number and I kept following up with the response that it’s on the way. During the month of our wedding the suit was still no where to be found. The person in charge kept brushing us off saying it’s on the way and it will be here the week of the wedding. In the last few moments they kept telling us yes for sure it will be here by Friday when our wedding was on a Saturday. Not to mention the owner didnt want to speak to me and kept making the sales rep communicate and she couldn’t even make any decisions on his behalf. Thursday evening they pretty much said they don’t know where the suit is and later they said it’s somewhere still in the states and hasn’t even crossed the border. I demanded a refund for the suit as clearly we did not get the opportunity to wear the suit and were forced to go to a local shop to RENT a suit for such a special occasion. This business didn’t even have the audacity to apologize for the bad service and communication and didn’t try to rectify this issue. 3 months later they are still refusing to give us a money back and we still don’t have the suit. They have never contacted us and when I tried calling no answer. We tried showing up at the store but the doors were closed. This is absolutely ridiculous and I hope that this post will help someone else in deciding to buy a suit from this place. Horrible experience save your money and find another shop.

Customization at its finest. Great experience throughout the whole process, received my suits within the time frame provided and fit perfectly. Will never buy another suit off the rack. Highly recommended if looking to create your own vision of a suit and at good prices. Just received my black mask from B + B, extremely satisfied with the material and fit. Love that they are doing this for a great cause as well. Need more businesses like this!

I came to Baynes and Baker after hearing about other people's good experiences with the company. Unfortunately, I can't say the same. The initial experience was great, I had met them three times before placing my order in August. Everything seemed smooth and they promised me that my suit will be delivered in October for my event in December. I followed up and was told my suit is on the way, however they don't have a tracking number for me. I followed up every week and I was given the same excuse that my suits on the way or managements tracking it and not to worry. When December came, I was very frustrated and stressed and wanted a refund immediately because my suit still wasn't here and my event was just 12 days away. I was lucky enough to receive a refund which was fair. I wish they had told me my suit wasn't going to be here in time, even though it was placed months in advance. I thought this was a very professional company from our initial meets, but won't be coming here again after my stressful experience.

My dad and I love our suits. We did order on very short notice and I appreciate that the BxB team went above and beyond to make sure we received our suits for our special event . We both got the paisley velvet.

I’m a new customer to this company and I will be a loyal customer from here on out. Everything about them has blown me away. I was introduced to them, given the current situation of our world (Covid) on Etsy as I was looking for masks for myself and my daughter. These masks are FANTASTIC!! We have had to buy many masks (my 14 year old cant stand any masks... or any THING for that matter ? but these are the only ones she will wear and HAPPILY wear. She says it’s like your not even wearing one!!) and these are by far the best quality, comfort and style. Basic black, so it goes along with everything. I work in a restaurant so I’m moving constantly for 8-12 hours at a time in a hot, humid, sticky environment. But, at the same time I still have to be able to communicate with my customers and they need to understand me and these masks are just perfect for every aspect of my job. It also works fantastic for a night out (I realize those are very limited during these times, but, socially distanced, they are acceptable... here and there) or a very small cookout with friends. It just works for every situation there is. Also, shipping was quick and convenient! Just fantastic! Also, the people who run their company are just good, wholesome human beings and that’s really hard to come across now-a-days. I will recommend to everyone!! Also, I’ll 100% be purchasing from them again... every chance I get!!!!!
