G	George Tsolinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a suit tailored from them 7 years ago and after 3 attempts to try and get the fitting right I gave up and just took the suit, which I haven't worn because the craftsmanship was really poor. I can deal with that as I used a Groupon and I guess, you get what you pay for so no worries. The worst part is that I have unsubscribed from their emails numerous times and after each time, a few months later the spamming begins again. After 7 years, I am more than fed up with this sham of a company.
M	Mark Cannon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought shirts, pants, jackets and suits from Peter. I keep going back because they fit well, are excellent quality, and if there is a problem Peter fixes it. Its takes longer than buying from a store, but the quality is worth the price and the wait.
A	Ania Live on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craftsmanship is good but the customer service!!! Unacceptable. You can only make an appointment and the payment- this is where you will have no problem. When you call no one answers. You can’t leave v-mail as the mailbox is full. Don’t bother emailing as no one will respond. They say they will call when it’s ready for pick up but they never do. Measurements are not adequate but they will try persuade you that they are because it’s “in style” for the waste to be too big about 2 inches and pants too short about the same. And when it’s time to pick up, be ready to hear: “the new guy” lost it. ( blame game is on) They are very nice and they say they are sorry but they don’t mean it because each new order you place all the above will repeat. And lastly- you come for pick up and the suit is t even ironed ( doesn’t matter you ordered expensive Italian fabrics) Oh my gosh.... how are they even in business?

Staff will change appointment dates/times at the last notice, and are just bad with their scheduling/time management. I "was" a customer for years until the business started to get really sloppy. I had even referred them business and now feel embarrassed as Peter Parvez was unable to meet expectations with new opportunities. If you are looking for a bespoke solution, look elsewhere.

Having a custom, perfectly fitting dress shirt in the colour and style I want that costs roughly the same as off the shelf is fantastic. His service is required if you're not a standard size, and I highly recommend even if you are!

The logistics of accessing the office in Vancouver after 5pm or on weekends has its challenges but that is no fault of Peter and his business..highly recommend if you are looking for a modern suit... Peter will do his absolute best to accommodate your needs!

Here are some photos of the only traces I could find...perhaps some people didn't ever bother picking up their orders? I'm not sure how long they have been closed at this location...did COVID-19 inflict the final blow?
