I was traveling through this area with my daughter and her girlfriend taking them both to Halifax for University. Just before Trenton, the check engine light started flashing, so we pulled into the Trenton On Route. We got towed over and they not only agreed to have a look on the spot, but they found the problem, fixed it and sent us on our way in less than hour! It took longer for CAA to get us there than for these professionals to completey make our day and our trip!! The entire Service Department was wonderful!!

There was no pressure, and were able to help find the exact Subaru Crosstrek that we wanted. Even though it wasn't on the lot, they were more than happy to find the colour and trim that we were looking for. Dealing with Vic, Jeff and Troy was a very transparent and friendly transaction. Everything was laid out on the table for my family member and it was very much appreciated. Would recommend the trip to Belleville if you are in need of a new Subaru! --Will Harris

After 3 hours they called and said the recalls could not be done because of the dog barrier in the car. Of course they had time to do the 2 jobs I was paying for. I took time off work to have these recalls done and the manager offered no compensation for my wasted time .... only asked me to rebook. I will NEVER use this subaru dealership again!

Lisa who's the business manager is such a delight to deal with. She certainly know her stiff. Highly recommend this dealership.
