Definitely will be bringing my Cadillac and Corvette there for service.. Meagan was also very polite and understanding. Thank you.

Based on fixing a warning light for windshield washer low level alarm that was on when I picked up but not when I purchased $460 first estimate. Second estimate was $260. I was told I needed to pay for labour even though it was not on when I bought it but was when I picked up. 90 minutes was quote for labour's. Needed it fixed. It took 30 minutes or less. Bill =$292. That's a crime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a new vehicle and Peter Smith GM had a 2022 Buick Enclave the website that was in transit. Mark Hudson made it an easy process for me as I am not from the area. Mark and the staff at Peter Smith were very helpful and friendly. Once my vehicle hit the lot, Mark sent me updated photos of my Enclave. The dealer website photos do not do this Enclave justice and It is one sharp vehicle! Once I made it to Belleville, Mark took the time and went through all the features of what it had to offer. I never received service like that at another dealership. Thank You Peter Smith GM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found getting my Sierra Serviced at Peter Smith a simple process that, given the era we are currently in, was surprisingly fast. From Calling in to book the appointment to the actual intake for the service and finally completion of the service took less than 1.5 hours. Dealing with Megan was excellent as well. I watched her interact with the various customers in the waiting lounge and she was very personable and professional with each.
I would definitely recommend this service team to anyone looking or needing to get work done on their vehicles.
