D	Dr. Kokofele PhD Upside down KOROMA not CORONA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words alone can not explain or express my unsolicited thoughts about my numerous visits at Bay street Eyecare. The care, services, treatments and more importantly the professionalism and welcoming is priceless regardless of of who one is. I can go on for ever but thank God that " Humber College Comedy Writing and Performance program cured my DIARRHEA OF THE MOUTH." I digressed. But on a serious note, the center is a true representative of an ethical and professional hub. Dr. Sheakumo Kokofele, Comedian, Selector, Media Personality and a political unapologetic critical commentator with a PhD Upside down from the university of nothing going on NGO.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Rodrigues for more than 10 years for our eye care needs. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was asked repeatedly to repeat the same exam, yet wasn't explained why and quit frankly the way I was asked was very commanding and rude. Also one of the Dr that checked my eyes failed to see an infection until after I mentioned it, so I'm not sure how professional this is. I was very disappointed
V	Vanessa Sabino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with Dr. Olivia Hwee today and it was a very good experience. She was very nice and performed a complete examination of my eyes, explaining well what she was doing. I don't like eye exams in general, but I felt very comfortable with the procedures there. For example, for eye pressure they use the equipment that blows air instead or touching the eye, so it really wasn't bad. I will definitely come back when it's time to do new exams.

She has a vast knowledge of all things optic, and takes strides to ensure that you are comfortable and understanding of everything that is going on with your eyes. My regular white-coat anxiety was cured by her relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone needing eye care.
j	jeff L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever had staffs are unorganized and unprofessional, they forced me to do the eye exam and did not allow me to leave with refund. Eventually, I spent 1k+ for experiencing the feeling of the blind. AVOID IF YOU CAN
