★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very nice people! I am new to this kind of machinery and they took the time to explain me over and over. It's a rare when employees actually care like that... I am talking about the 2 gentlemen in front but also the gentleman from the back that helped me A LOT with his laptop...
Going there I thought it's going to be a horrible experience but turned out to be very very pleasant.
I want to congratulate all the people there for their professionalism and as well the management
I am looking forward to collaborate in future as our machines will most likely get all they need, from this place... I don't believe someone could could find a better service elsewhere.
One thing there is to mention for the management is that they should have a better stock on hand, at least on the regular maintenance products as these products never expire therefore a big stock will only make customers happier.

I have never witnessed a more toxic, mean spirited, evil team of upper management in my entire life. Although I did not personally work there I did suffer the emotional and mental torment that my partner did while working for this establishment. They use scare tactics and bullying as a form of coaching when working for these mean spirited people. They expect you to work for free, promise you things like over time, or time off, and then refuse to pay after you've put countless hours in. People do not receive training and are reprimanded when they do something incorrect as a result of that, not only do they not train you but they also expect you to conduct shady and illegal moves when it comes to equipment repairs and rentals which could result in a fatal accident. This team of people who run the Northern Ontario area should be ashamed of themselves for putting their staff and customers through the ridiculous and malicious actions they conduct daily. A form of humour amongst employees is to joke about hiding sharp objects to ease the compulsion to injure themselves to avoid being treated in such a demeaning, nasty way by grown adults in a disgusting environment of narcissism. They cut corners and expect people to be morally alright with these actions, if they speak up for what is right they get put on a hit list and become a target of bullying. 0/10 mental health destroying mess of a facility.
