★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their sugarcane shrimp and pork was lacking flavor and was not what I expected. The shrimp looked like chicken but texture and flavor was shrimp. The rare beef satey was not the greatest didn't have enough flavor. I will not go back. Do yourself a favor and go to Basil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love this place but since last two times they are messing up the orders and I don't understand why are they always in rush even when there is no one waiting?? Last time I gave the benefit of the doubt and they messed the order this time as well.
Really sad but won't be going here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very flavourful pho and my favourite for awhile because of how beefy and aromatic the broth is. The deep color is inviting as is their service but over time it just doesn't taste as good. Be careful of the fat on top of the soup though.
Update: 4->5 stars. Have gone back a couple times and they've gotten rid of the fat! The price is also one of the lowest so it's definitely my top 3 in the NE. Flavour is back, folks!

Ordered the xl doesn't seem like any more meat or noodles v.s. normal size
Broth is ok .....
Bubble tea is now 6.50!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a recommendation but food was only ok. Good value since portions were large for the price. Service was friendly too. Have to say though we’ve had better pho elsewhere. Sate sub was freshly made but again lacking in flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered here 2 hours ago for a beef special pho, XL and was surprised to find out at home that the noodles barely made halfway of the bowl. Not sure we were given incorrectly or that was the right serving size. I even wonder how much noodle a size S is.
