Accidently they included an extra bathtub on the delivery but I payed them in straight cash and kept the tub. Amazing inventory for a small family run operation and very good communication. Kindest people I've ever met. Extremely nice service. Amanda gave me chocolate. They included a free shipping on shower glass in return for me walking their dog. All of the staff does an amazing job and the store is kept very clean and managed. There is always someone to help you.

Just as important, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly . So impressed with their ability to understand your concept and then put it all together. Not only was it exciting to find high quality products at a reasonable price but the level of expertise created a strong base of trust. The level of care, service and dedication we received for that project kept me coming back to Bath by design for the last 26 years whenever I had a bathroom or kitchen project on the go. Everyone working at Bath by design has put my needs and ideas first but is also not afraid of suggesting alternative solutions. Needless to say, I have been a happy customer every single time I have engaged with the team at Bath by design and over the last 26 years.

The staff are really well educated about the products and they offer a really wide range of options. We are so happy with the quality of the items we bought - better quality than the big box stores and essentially the same price or even less for some items. We are especially pleased with the custom glass wall they built for our new shower. I was surprised by the high quality and really happy with the price point! Buy things here - it's a great place to shop!!

The family run business has over 30 years of knowledge and expertise in kitchen and bath design, home renovations, new builds, interior design, plumbing, custom shower glass and more. Countless times I’ve seen customers beyond happy with the result of their new project, renovation and redesign. Their beautiful showroom is full of Canadian and European made fixtures at wholesale pricing and the staff is so knowledgeable in putting together every detail from start to finish. Can not say enough good things about Baths By Design as a company. You’ll be amazed when you walk through that door
