He checked everything that was humanly possible to check without breaking down wall and had the knowledge of how to rectify the problems. He was able to help us avert a catastrophe with his expertise due to issues with foundations and water infiltration. He has a background in civil engineering and years of professional experience. His websites and systems are set up to streamline the administrative processes and provide an impeccable customer service. Reports are generated extremely quickly and with great care and attention to detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking to find an independent and an unbiased inspector that was not referred to us by our realtor and that is how we found Karol. The people's reviews were phenomenal, so we decided to choose Karol as our inspector.
The first inspection was truly an eye opening experience, thanks to Karol's meticulous attention to discover the underlining sometimes hidden problems and defects. At the end, we decided not to buy that home; otherwise, it would be a serious financial disaster for us.
The second inspection for another home by Karol went very well and with his detailed report, we decided to buy the second house right away.
Karol is highly professional and pays attention to every detail. Karol not only helped us to decide to buy our ideal house but also his thorough report helped us to do the necessary repairs that needed to be taken care of.
Karol answered all our questions and provided us with most valuable advice and even gave us the names of some contractors and handymen for repairing the house.
We highly recommend him as one of the best inspectors in town and region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As first-time home buyers, Karol was referred to us by a friend who had recently used his services and what an amazing recommendation it was! Karol arrived early on-site before we had even arrived to get prepared and start analyzing the exterior. Once inside, he meticulously walked us through all parts of the house, was extremely thorough in his explanations and made very sensible and easy-to-understand recommendations on items that needed maintenance but also on items that we didn’t need to fix right away. Post-inspection, the detailed report was delivered only a couple of hours later.

He was very thorough and attentive to details. He was eager to explain issues and recommend corrective actions. The web flow is well set up, I got the final report hours after the inspection. The report is well organized and very verbose.
