★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why they would have a walk in during COVID: They should have booked appointments so they can manage flow. When I showed up, all appointments for the day were gone and they said this was typical. They recommended I show up before they open, line up and maybe I'll get a spot... Really? Is this what private health care looks like? Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed! I used their online booking service late Thursday night for both an ultrasound and X-ray and early Friday morning they responded with a time on Monday. At the clinic there were patients waiting ( perhaps walk-ins) but my name was called on time and I was finished both tests in fifteen minutes. Excellent staff. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment online for ultrasound and x-ray for myself, and one for my grandmother. Both times, we didn't have to wait long for a reply with an appointment. When we showed up for our appointments, we were seen immediately, and didn't have to wait outside in the cold. The ladies who work here are wonderful, we both had great experiences. Thank you so much!
