Great people Jules is the best on the phone. Knowledgeable and just a nice person. Everyone in town reccamended this place to me and I like what I see so far. If you have car trouble go see this place. I think the key is that they understand lifes up and downs and that people are stressed these days and paying for repairs sucks. This place is fair to it's customers.

We had the best experience with Barney's, having broken down on the highway and having our van towed to their garage late that evening. Barney's put it through a diagnostic as soon as possible and contacted us the next morning. Unfortunately for us, the damage was out of their hands. However, they kept the van there and contacted a garage in North Vancouver, in which they trusted and have used before, they proceeded to get our van booked in at the garage and gave us advice on how to save money on towing in the future with BCAA cover. Barney's didn't charge us for their time. A good quality, good value, professional and on time service! We highly recommend Barney's.

We used Barneys to fix a tyre and received excellent service. They attended to it first thing in the morning so we were able to catch the ferry to Vancouver Island. Very professional and would highly recommend this business.

They received us with a big smile, they were overworked and short-staffed, and they still took care of us right away to fix a slow leak repair in no time. Great service! I 100% recommend this place.

All worker very helpfull and very nice. I am on vacation to whistler, when arrived i got flat tire and my tire scrapped. I went to barney auto order new tire. It arrive the next day. Great experience with the crew. Thank you for all yout great work and awesome customer service. Cheers

Amazing service! I spoke with Scott and he was fantastic!! He was able to squeeze me in right away. My car was leaking oil and needed repair ASAP. After looking at my car, he called me and talked me through the various scenarios. He was able to fix it MUCH more cost effective than I was expecting and had my car fixed up and I was back on the road right away. The ladies who work in the front are very nice and made the experience a great one! Thank you, Scott and the staff of Barney's. I will definitely use them again in the future :) Highly recommended.

My second experience with this automotive, 1st was bad, but second was horrible. Not 3th experience needed in the future. I called to book an appointment to change 2 tires, they told me to come at 7:50 AM (10 minutes before they opened) with the promise to leave in one hour with a job done. Day before the appointment I called again to double check the agreement and also if they can do a battery check, they said yes. When I came at 7:50, nobody was in the office, they came at 8 AM, I also asked them to change the wheel lock key for a regular one. They told me to come back at 4 PM (I expected to leave at 9 AM as was the deal) . I wasted all day, lost money, because I couldn't do my job without a car. When I came to pick up the car at 3PM, a few other surprises were waiting for me. 1) They didn't change the wheel lock key for a regular one 2) They charged me $77 for battery check, yes $77, they didn't even give me any report, because they had some issue with the printer, just told me battery is fine. 3) They charged me $22 for grinding corrosion from mounting, which I didn't ask for at all 4) When I got a receipt, I didn't get any explanation of what they did and what I'm paying for. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR NERVES AND AVOID THIS AUTOMOTIVE.

We were on way through the 99 when the tires we had on our vehicle would not take us over the hill. We were stuck in Whistler on Dec.23rd and found Barney's on Google. They were so friendly on the phone and got us immediately in, even though it was their lunch time they said they'd take it later. The tires we got put on were gold and we had no problems on our drive through the mountains after that. The staff was so friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. Very good experience.
