I purchased a vehicle from them at an agreed price only to find out they secretley added another $1800 above the listed price. They pretty much switched the price of tge sales contract last minute on me after revieing and agreeing to a certain price. Beware of salesman Dean and frederic as they co-conspire together. Will do whatever it takes to make you sign!!! I have contacted the bbb and this is not the first time they have pulled these moves. Check for yourself!

Also, Stephanie helped me a lot in financing the car. Made sure I understood everything in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed - bought a new 2017 to find out sevice after sales is ZERO...KIA DOES NOT REPLACE A TIRE IN THE FIRST YEAR OF PURCHASE!
Had another issue with my other previous KIA which was rectified . That's why we chose KIA for the 2nd time . .
So now I might have to pay inspection and a tire ! ???? IF THAT HAPPENS NO MORE KIA FOR ME NEXT TIME! BTW other car dealers do pay a new tire witin the frt year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all I got Okay service. Would I recommend this dealership? Probably not, unless they have a used car you're looking for.
Pros:
They let me bring someone from the automobile inspection agency to do my own inspection. ** Highly recommend doing this for any used car purchase. Just use Google. **
Transaction went smoothly.
Cons:
Would've been nice if they filled up the car instead of half a tank. It's the little things that count.
Had an issue which they didn't really want to fix so went to another Kia dealer and they were happy to oblige.
