★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely revolting. I came in tonight to order food and the employee was on the phone and touching her hair and then proceeded to touch my food without changing her gloves. I requested new food be made which they did, they then proceeded to give my food to another customer who left the store. They chased down the food and got it back from the other person and tried to give it back to me. We are in a pandemic and they have no hygiene processes in place. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would not recommend going there if you care about eating at a hygienic food establishment. If I had the ability you would get 0 stars out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, great portion size with the burrito. They really pack their wraps with enough meat toppings and condiments to fill up a big appetite. A burrito and drink ended up costing $15, so it's not on the cheap side, but worth it for quantity and decent enough health wise. Nice, quick service. In and out within 5-6 minutes. Will return.

Burrito is flavourless and mediocre quality at best.
Quac has no flavour.
Beef has clearly been frozen and re heated.
No attempt at creating any type of originality with flavour. Your better going to chipotle or burrito boys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited other Bar Burrito locations and the quality was really good so I thought I would give this one a try. I ordered two beef soft&hard shell tacos and two extreme fries. The beef was very soupy, the tomatoes looked to be diced over a day old (or overly ripe), and the lettuce was turning brown. I made a comment while I ordered about how the lettuce looked brown, staff just shrugged...so not reassuring to how long it had been sitting there. I would go to BarBurrito in Kitchener again, but not this location unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually good, but the lady who worked there tonight gave smaller portions than normal. The small was tiny and the large was the size of a regular. They ran out of salsa, and the lady who served me didn’t speak English very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from someone who has ordered from here 2-4 times a week for over a year, I can honestly say that this location is the best I've had. The staff are welcoming, professional and warm. The location is clean and most of all, the food is some of the freshest I've had from a Barburrito. There will be days I will travel from Milton just to order from here. That is no exaggeration.
There was one day where the system was down and my online order was not able to be fulfilled. Zeeshan personally reached out to me to make it up to me and qualm all concerns.
Huge props to the team here and I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday for the usual!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location messes up items a lot. The churros never have any cinnamon sugar on them and are usually cold, and they frequently mess up orders. I ordered a chicken bowl with rice today, but they didn't put any rice. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews but this has happened a few times from this location and I'm getting kind of annoyed now.
I've ordered from several other barburrito locations and they've been great, but this one I've had a few issues with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed. Ordered online and picked up.
First of all. Ingredients were very sloppy. The Black beans were mostly that soupy black liquid.
They forgot the hot sauce.
They forgot the salsa.
Almost no rice.
In all 3 meals?!?
