Cute restaurant with really good micheladas. Food was ok, we got enchiladas suizas and sopes.. Good dine in service!

Had a huge craving for authentic tacos after watching Taco Chronicles on Netflix. This was one of the closest ones in Brampton that wasn't a large chain like Taco Bell. It's located in downtown Brampton, so there's street parking, but I would suggest parking at the underground City Hall Parking Garage, it's literally right across the street. It is a smaller place, so I would suggest reservations if you aren't coming on a weeknight, especially with current COVID-19 restrictions. As soon as we stepped in, we were engulfed with a plume of delicious spices and cooking meat. We started off with the Pos Bueno Jalapeños stuffed with shrimp. These were moist jalapeño peppers stuffed with a shrimp paste and fired with a nice kick. We also ordered al pastor and carnitas tacos first, which weren't quite filling, so also ordered another chorizo tacos. The first two orders took a while to come out, but also came out quite cold (mind you, the front door was propped open for about 15 minutes during this time). Despite that, the al pastor tacos were so packed full of flavour, and the carnitas tasted slightly charred, but still good. The chorizo tacos came to us piping hot, even the tortillas were slightly crisp along the edges, and these were the best - so aromatic with the spices and the slight fat from the pork sausage dribbling out as you're biting in. Going to a Mexican joint, we had to order some suitable drinks: mandarin-flavoured Jarritos and a horchata agua fresca. I've never tasted anything horchata-flavoured before, but the agua fresca was a light, milky and nutty drink that smoothed down the heat from jalapeño seeds. If you've ever had a Chinese vitasoy drink, it tastes like that, but with a bit of a nutty finish. The service was great for a Friday night. The two girls were the hostess/server/bartender for the whole night, and they were kind, courteous and efficient. The Latin music with the terra cotta dishes and decor made for a really enjoyable atmosphere that wasn't over the top. The food needs to be a little more consistent, but otherwise it was a great visit! Looking forward to the next time!

A great place with awesome food. Have wanted to come here for a while and was finally able to. Authentic Mexican cuisine with plenty of flavor. Will definitely go again.

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery, called the restaurant and confirmed with them that the products we chose are vegetarian. Wrote special instructions while ordering online as well to make sure that the order was vegetarian . But still meat was added to the enchilada. Will never order from them again. And would recommend that any vegetarian should not risk ordering from here.

We went as I saw good and bad reviews. I always go to check it out myself. My review is for what we ordered. We had excellent service. The people complaining because they have to wait for their food.. listen it's not McD it's authentic Mexican food. It takes time to make such great flavors. We will be going again for sure. Saturday nights they have a mariachi band.

Had a delicious and fresh lunch! Make sure you ask for the green sauce to go with the food. Also if you’re paying by card, bring cash to leave as a tip, because their machine does not have the option to add a tip.

Nice food. Long wait times as it was busy. Tacos and margaritas were great. But we ordered one other dish that had peanut sauce which was bitter in taste and didn't like it. Good place to catch up with friends and if you know what to order!

I will not be coming back for several reasons. We came here on Friday night at 7-8pm to enjoy some authentic Mexican food. Firstly, it took about 20 mins for us to even place our order. I asked our waiter for a few drinks and water and he entirely forgot about it. I called him over to remind him and he eventually brought it out after 10 mins of waiting for some simple drinks and he STILL forgot the water. When our food came out, IT WAS COLD!! Like the meat was literally cold. After all that waiting i was highly disappointed. The second thing was the rice tasted as if it was 5-7 days old and I promise that is not an exaggeration. It tasted bland, stale, and it sort of crumbled apart. I believe the rice was the worst thing about the meal because of how old it tasted. At least the meat had some flavour despite being cold. As you can see from the pictures, the portions were SMALL for what we were paying for. I left the restaurant disappointed and still a little hungry. You might have seen this restaurant on tiktok and I promise its not even worth trying. The hype is not real and you should find a better mexican restaurant.
