worst case of self righteous, misled, so called educated sympathetic foolery I've experianced, since a few months ago! Simply nothing less than what any person in Canada can expect from this sector of bureaucracy and inept dehumanizing social oppression. Keep in mind "staff", it doesn't take three different people to replace a light bulb.
