Trash and racist organization with people who are just there to get paid

My experience with this organization has been FAN-TAH-STIC! ?? I’ve been working with Efry since 2018 and they’ve been helping me with my journey to recovery from an abusive and toxic relationship and navigating life with a mental illness (although they aren’t necessarily a mental health service). I love how multi-faceted the services are; catering to young women who are at risk of dealings with predators and men (to be quite frank) that target vulnerable and broken women. Because of Efry, that brokenness that has fragmented my soul from being with a destructive man has gradually been pieced together by the AMAZING supports I’ve received from the various caseworkers who have helped me over the years. I’m forever grateful to Efry for being there for me during this season. Shout out to Jenise, Jamie, Sarah and Theresa (who is no longer there) who were great workers! And most importantly, I LOVE how this organization caters to WOMEN. WOMEN ‼️ Of all races, orientations and creeds. Women like me. ☺️ I saw another review that talked about racism and discrimination from this organization; and as a black woman, Ive personally been welcomed with open arms from the get go. My workers weren’t BIPOC and they were ALL amazing. Below are the services Ive received from this organization: ◦Emotional, social and financial support via monthly gift cards for essential items like groceries, food and aid in move costs ◦Help in finding resources in my designated community ◦Virtual meetings catered to my schedule; in - person support was also provided Thank you EFRY!
