★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't been in nearly twenty years. I was so happy when the opportunity came up. Nothing has changed. Delicious meaty ribs like no other place in Montreal. The sides don't even matter. Fill up on ribs and carrot cake. I can't wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok but prices doubled practically over night? No longer worth the price. I realize prices of food has gone up but no where near what they are claiming. There is much cheaper alternatives in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and friendly staff but the food wasn’t great like it used to be. At most, it was just meh..under seasoned meat and undercooked rice. Their food prices have gone up, the food quality has gone down.

The caesar salad was also good, but the $5 upcharge was too much for the size of the side salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was saddened to hear that the downtown location has closed. When I lived in Montreal it was one of my favourite places to go several times a year. I loved the smell of the place, the look, the feel and the ambiance. Best place ever for ribs in my opinion, and even after being away from Montreal for over 40 years now, I still rave about it to people who have never been there.
I must visit the West Island location on my next trip back home. Fun fact = I also used to go to Nap's ( Napoleons ) which is where the Bar B Barn is currently located.
