★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A.K.A "Par Excellence".....STAY AWAY. this man is a broker who contracts out. He takes payment in advance of services. I've been over charged on my credit card for work he never followed through with. He doesn't return phone calls siting he is overwhelmed with work and isn't responsible for 3rd party services. He could use some better Customer Relations training as well.
