After my truck derated I dropped it off after hours at Bannister. I live in Edmonton. The service was top notch. Got my truck back better than ever, fixed my derate, plus all the diesel tsb's after it was into my regular dealership week prior. Great service!

In town for work and my truck began acting up, the service department was amazing at getting me back on the road and worked with me the whole way through. I am very thankful of the personnel there and their caring attitude. Amazing experience!

Nothing but great things about Dave S at Bannister GM in Edson! I was searching for a specific vehicle which happened to be on site in Edson. Dave and I communicated for a couple of months on the vehicle and finally the day came that I could buy it. They were all ready for me as soon as I got there and everything was quick and efficient. Once I explained my issues with vehicle all staff worked incredibly well to make getting vehicle repairs done hassle free and fast.A stress free experience and a great running vehicle when all was done.Look forward to doing future business.

Bought a β€˜19 Silverado back in the spring off the Bannister group out of Edson and was happy with the pricing. However, was promised by Kevin that replacement FOBs and extra key would be sent to us as part of the deal. Never happened and no response to follow up correspondence. Integrity seems to be lacking here so would advise that you get everything in writing. Disappointing for sure and expect more from a GM dealership. Buyer beware.

Great experience. One of the mechanic’s was super nice. Although in the report they wrote excessively dirty. Found that rude. If they had done their jobs 3 months prior there wouldn’t be flies in my filter. Cause there was no flies 3 months earlier .. My complaint would be not getting the deal. I received a email that on my next oil change before a certain date I’d save a certain about of money. So I went thru that app thinking it would automatically apply. It does not. You have to produce that email when at shop. Sigh.

What can I say about bannister GM?? They were very accommodating in scheduling my service. This particular service had to do with an airbag recall on my vehicle. They were proactive in reaching out to me to look after this issue. They were flexible in scheduling and allowing me to drop off the vehicle at my convenience. The service was completed very promptly and all of the staff had great attitudes and we’re very kind. I appreciate that from the service department and look forward to doing business again with Bannister GM.
